This book is not only about understanding fear and its origin and expressions, but realizing the way our whole selfhood is connected to it.
Most of the time we would not think our ‘normal daily actions’ to be driven by fear. During these discourses, the reader comes to see that fear actually permeates every aspect of one's living, that one is actually dominated by fear constantly―and also, that it is not truly intrinsic; that there can be freedom from it.
