Coverage of his work in the national and international press: his gatherings, dialogues, recognitions, and milestones.

Renowned philosopher and bestselling author Acharya Prashant returned to India on Sunday after presenting eloquently on Indian philosophy, Vedanta and Upanishads at renowned global forums like Oxford University, Cambridge University and the UK Parliament. A large crowd gathered at Indira Gandhi International Airport to greet him with the tricolor, welcome messages, and congratulatory letters.

Nearly 145 years after Max Muller carried the Isha Upanishad to Oxford as a scholarly object, Acharya Prashant returned it to the same university as a living teaching — arguing, in the very building where economics and policy are taught, that no external solution can resolve humanity's crises without first examining the consuming ego that drives them.

Philosopher Acharya Prashant returned to India on Sunday after a landmark leg of his United Kingdom tour that took him to the platforms of Oxford University, Cambridge and the UK Parliament, where he placed the teachings of Vedanta and Indian Philosophy at the centre of global discourse on some of the defining questions of our times.

In 1879, Professor Max Muller carried the Ishavasya Upanishad to the West, publishing its first English translation through Oxford University Press as the opening volume of the 'Sacred Books of the East'. Nearly a century and a half later, an Indian philosopher has arrived at the same university to return the text to its living meaning.

"What unfolded between August 2025 and February 2026 was not a typical speaking tour. It was an extended national engagement that traversed the country's most demanding intellectual institutions and most visible public platforms. Acharya Prashant spoke at 13 IITs, several IIMs and IISc. The pattern was unmistakable. The institutions most committed to rational enquiry were not resistant to philosophical dialogue. They were actively inviting it."
Tokyo Olympics gold medalist Neeraj Chopra recently met spiritual leader Acharya Prashant. During the meeting, Neeraj revealed how he first came across Acharya through his “4C Analysis” of India’s Olympic performance—a thought-provoking model that identifies Capital, Culture, Conformity, and Cricket as the core challenges holding Indian athletes back. This spurred Neeraj to dive deeper, and he watched and read more of Acharya Prashant. Soon he found himself inspired to come to meet Acharya Ji face-to-face to discuss not just sports, but the essence of resilience and excellence. The Master and the Champion had a long dialogue lasting almost 2 hours, mesmerising those who were present there to silently witness.

Ahead of World Suicide Prevention Day, Acharya Prashant shared a fresh perspective on life at BITS Pilani, as covered by India.com. He redefined suicide, focusing on unrealized human potential rather than just the physical act. He questioned whether society is complicit in an "existential suicide," where potential is left untapped. Acharya Prashant proposed Samādhi, a transformative state of consciousness, as a lasting solution to existential challenges. The event saw active participation from students and mental health advocates, encouraging deeper reflection on mental health issues.

Acharya Prashant's Hindi YouTube channel surpasses 50 million subscribers, establishing him as the top spiritual leader globally on YouTube, reports India News.com. He directs a significant Bhagavad Gita Teaching Program and advocates for animal rights and societal reform through his foundation.
